KrazeSmart Kids Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

KrazeSmart Kids is operated by Kraze Sports Adventures Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the KrazeSmart Kids mobile app and related website pages.

2. Information the App Stores

The current version of the app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Learner name or nickname entered in the Profile screen
• Selected avatar
• Lesson progress, XP, coins, streaks, badges, and completed lessons
• Daily reminder preference
• Parental PIN used to protect parent settings

This information is used to provide the app experience, show progress, unlock rewards, and support the Parent Dashboard.

3. Local Device Storage

The current version of KrazeSmart Kids stores app progress and profile preferences locally on the device. We do not currently operate a user account system or cloud progress sync for the app.

4. Children’s Privacy

KrazeSmart Kids is designed to be child-friendly and educational. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on our servers in the current version of the app. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, please contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

5. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share children’s personal information for behavioral advertising.

6. Advertising and Analytics

The current version of the app does not include third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics services.

7. Support Requests

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue. We use this information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, improve the app, and maintain appropriate records.

8. Notifications

The app may allow a daily reminder preference. Notification settings can also be controlled through the device operating system. We do not use notifications for third-party advertising.

9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The current version of the app may be offered without paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are added in the future, payments will be handled through Apple’s App Store systems. We do not receive full payment card numbers from Apple.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Because learning progress is currently stored locally on the device, users can remove app data by using the app’s reset option where available or by deleting the app from the device. Support request emails may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to requests and maintain business records.

11. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we aim to use privacy-conscious practices appropriate for a children’s educational app.

12. Third-Party Services

The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple may process information according to Apple’s own privacy policies and App Store terms. The website may be hosted through Cloudflare, which may process basic technical information needed to deliver the website securely.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
