Common Help Topics

Lessons or quizzes are not opening

Close and reopen the app. If the issue continues, restart the device and try again. If a specific lesson is affected, include the lesson name when contacting support.

Progress does not look correct

Progress is stored on the device in the current version of the app. If the app is deleted or device storage is cleared, progress may be removed.

Parent Dashboard access

The Parent Dashboard is available from the Profile tab. If a parental PIN is requested, use the PIN created on that device.
